These Terms apply to the Luxora Commerce Mart website and purchases made from it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into an agreement to place an order independently.

Customers under 18 may use the website only with a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications and images accurate.

Colours may vary depending on screen settings, and packaging may change without materially changing the product.

We may correct material listing or pricing errors and offer cancellation or a refund where necessary.

4. Dropshipping and Fulfilment

We work with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and fulfilment partners.

Products may be dispatched from different locations and arrive separately.

Your purchase remains with Luxora Commerce LLC. Our use of a fulfilment partner does not transfer our customer-service obligations.

5. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be displayed before payment where required.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an accepted order unless there is an obvious error.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.

An automatic confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily represent final acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable;

  • Payment is not authorized;

  • Fraud is reasonably suspected;

  • Delivery restrictions apply;

  • Customer information is incomplete; or

  • An obvious pricing or listing error occurred.

Payments collected for cancelled products will be refunded.

7. Payment

Payment must be authorized before fulfilment.

Shopify or another payment provider may conduct fraud, identity and security checks.

8. Shipping

Processing, tracking and delivery information is provided in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

If we cannot ship within the promised period, legally required delay or cancellation options will be provided.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.

A cancellation is not confirmed until approved in writing.

10. Promotions

Promotions and discount codes:

  • Must be used within the stated period;

  • May be limited to selected products;

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Cannot normally be combined; and

  • May be cancelled in cases of fraud, misuse or technical error.

11. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for protecting their login credentials.

We may suspend an account to investigate fraud, security issues or misuse.

You must not:

We may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for websites or services we do not control.

16. Website Availability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not exclude product rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, Luxora Commerce LLC is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or unforeseeable losses;

  • Business losses arising from personal purchases;

  • Interruptions outside our control;

  • Courier or customs delays; or

  • Third-party websites we do not control.

18. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather, courier disruption, customs, strikes, government action, internet outages or supply-chain disruption.

We will still provide any delay or cancellation options required by law.

Personal information is processed under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Texas.

Customers retain mandatory protections available under the laws of their state of residence.

21. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
